Estimated for the number of workers impacted by these conditions run as high as five million people.

5. Ladder safety continues to be an important construction site issue with 3,820 violations. Ladder safety is such an issue because people become complacent, based on past improper practices.

8. Powered Industrial Trucks - 3,224 violations
